This subdivision in Tulare, California consists of 80 homes in the 1500 to 1900 square foot range. Due to some lots being oversized, the project owner took advantage of the recent ADU laws passed in California and was able to include 10 additional ADU units on the 80 lots.
CM52 provided accounting, development oversight, construction consulting, and general assistance to the project.
The apartment complex in Hanford is being managed by CM52 in similar fasion to Enclave. CM52 is providing all services necessary to complete these two story units. In addition to the apartments and clubhouse, CM52 will oversee installation of a pool and several community features, for example, a barbeque and firepit areas.
Enclave is a two phase housing development in Hanford consisting of 66 lots. There is extensive offsite work needed to complete the improvements and CM52 was brought in to make sure the project was brought back on schedule.
CM52 is providing every service needed for this subdivision. Horizontal construction management, utility coordination and installation, vertical construction management, house design, general consulting and accounting services.
