Legacy Church

Commercial Remodel

The commercial renovation of Legacy Church was one of the impressive projects successfully commpleted by CM52. This project was not only significant work, but also had a special emotional significance for the church and its community.  

Thanks to the extensive experience and expertise of CM52, Legacy Church was able to undertake a significant renovation to expand their sanctuary, stage, and foyer for its community.

The construction of this commercial building in downtown Visalia was managed by Evert Dixon. With his dedication and hard work, the building was completed ahead of schedule and on budget.  

Evert also remodeled the second floor a few years after the building was completed to suit a new tenant’s needs.
