Delivering 78 Finished Lots in Patterson, CA

CM52 was contracted to build subdivision lots in Patterson. The condition of the soil requires a
lot of extra preparation. We have worked with the customer and the City of Patterson to make
a few design changes that improve the project. We also worked with them to approve certain
uses and techniques that kept the project within budget parameters. We are working with the
neighbors for the work that needs to be done at property lines.

Promenade

Commercial Building

The construction of this commercial building in downtown Visalia was managed by Evert Dixon. With his dedication and hard work, the building was completed ahead of schedule and on budget.

Evert also remodeled the second floor a few years after the building was completed to suit a new tenant’s needs.

3 Lot Cul De Sac in Hanford

An empty park space that had been abandoned was turned into a cul de sac with 3 homes.
CM52 started with removing and backfilling an old, buried swimming pool. We graded the lots
and street. Installed wet and dry utilities and built 3 homes.

11 infill lots in Fresno

CM52 took this 5 acre piece of land and added infrastructure and 11 homes. This project had a
lot of elements to it. There was an irrigation ditch that had been previously piped. The old pipe
was removed, the section of the ditch straightened and new pipe installed. We worked closely
with Fresno Irrigation District. We worked with PGE to install electric and gas lines. We worked
with Fresno Water to tie in water. We removed a large tree, fought the wet weather, installed
quite a bit of retaining walls, and met a very compacted timeline the customer had to have met.

7600 square feet

This beautiful and large custom home was completed on schedule and within budget. CM52 is capable of constructing custom homes of any size, which includes all necessary planning and utility coordination. We have a track record of successfully building numerous custom homes.
